Instruction for Authors

International Journal of Advanced Engineering (IJAE) publishes peer-reviewed, open access journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. Before manuscript submission, please read and Author Guideline carefully; doing so will ensure that the publication of your manuscript is as rapid and efficient as possible. Manuscript Submission. All manuscripts should be submitted by the Online Manuscript Submission System. MS Word: Prepare a manuscript in MS Word 2003 or above. Manuscripts submitted to our journals must be written in English. Papers accepted for publication vary from 5 to 20 pages in a one-column format. The main text usually can be divided into separated sections, organized by Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.

IJAE Topics

International Journal of Advanced Engineering (IJAE) is devoted to fields of Engineering. The IJIAE is a peer-reviewed, open access scientific journal published in electronic form as well as print form. The journal will publish research, surveys, tutorials and expository overviews in ICT and advanced engineering. Articles from supplementary fields are welcome, as long as they are relevant to ICT and engineering.

Topics are included but not limited:

Engineering: Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, , Materials Science Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, etc.

Management: Accounting and Finance, Business Ethics and laws, Economics, Enterprise and Innovation, Health Care Management and Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Industry and Public Sector Management, Information and Knowledge Management, International Business, Managing Quality, Marketing, Operations and Logistics Management, Organization Studies, Performance Management and Measurement, Education Economics, Finance and Accountability, Management in Higher Education, Management of E-Education, and other relevant areas…

Paper Title: A title of no more than 20 words should be brief, specific, and informative.

Author Details : Full name for all authors should be given; The names of multiple authors are separated by a comma; Provide the full affiliation for each author including academic affiliation (or postal address), city, postcode, country, Email(optional); If multiple authors have contributed to the article, details of the corresponding author should be clear. Email address is compulsory for the corresponding author.

Abstract: The abstract should concisely state the purpose of the investigation and summarize important conclusions. It should be a single paragraph of generally no more than 200 words.

Keywords: Include 3 to 8 keywords or short phrases for indexing.

Introduction: Provide a brief overview of the scope and relevance of the research, especially with regard to previous advancements in related fields.

Materials and Methods: Present the research design, research type, research duration, inclusion/exclusion criteria, choice of subjects, etc. Describe the methodology completely, including sample collection, processing, lab analysis, statistical tests used for data analysis etc. Use section headings/subheadings in a logical order to entitle each category or method. (e.g. 1, 2; 1.1, 2.1; 1.1.1, 2.1.1…etc).

Results: Present and illustrate your findings objectively and concisely, if appropriate, with figures/ tables. In the main text, describe each of your results by a particular observation.

Discussion: Provide an interpretation of your results and make comparisons with other studies. The significance of the findings should be clearly described. If your results differ from your expectations, explain why that may have happened.

Acknowledgment: Provide all the funding resources (i. e.  people, grants, funds, etc)

Tables: Tables should be kept to a minimum and be designed to be as simple as possible. Tables are to be typed double-spaced throughout, including headings and footnotes. Each table should be on a separate page, numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals and supplied with a heading and a legend. Tables should be self-explanatory without reference to the text. The details of the methods used in the experiments should preferably be described in the legend instead of in the text. The same data should not be presented in both table and graph form or repeated in the text. The font used in the table must be 9 pt.

Figure: Figures legends should be typed in numerical order on a separate sheet. Graphics should be prepared using Microsoft Word manuscript file. Tables should be prepared in Microsoft Word. Use Arabic numerals to designate figures and upper case letters for their parts (Figure 1). Begin each legend with a title and include sufficient description so that the figure is understandable without reading the text of the manuscript. Information given in legends should not be repeated in the text. The font used in the table must be 10 pt.
